Private and Semi-private Lessons

Private lessons allow you to customize your learning: go at your own pace, get help with your particular questions, and choose what you want to study. (Click here for a list of dance styles.) With a private lesson package, we can also help you with preparation for special events, such as anniversaries, holiday parties or cruises.

Semi-private lessons are for small groups wishing to share private instruction--great fun when combined with a dinner party! They are scheduled according to the group's availability, and allow small groups to focus on just what they want to learn, and share the pleasure of learning it together!

Private Lessons (1-2 people):
5 Lesson Package: $350
10 Lesson Package: $650
Single Lesson rate: $75

Semi-private Lessons:
Regular rates (above) + $10 per extra person
Ex: 1 hour for 4 people: $75 (1st 2 people) + $20 (for 2 extra people) = $95
5 Lesson Pkg for 4 people: $350 (1st 2 people) + $100 ($20/lesson for extra 2 people) = $450
(up to 10 people extra. If your group is larger than 12, contact us for rate info.)

Consider holding a semi-private lesson at your home to entertain your guests after a special dinner. Theme parties can be greatly enhanced by having a dance class and/or demo that complements your menu. Try a sizzling salsa class, a retro "Sock-Hop" party or a "Roaring 20's" theme... the possibilities are endless! Contact us for details.

Details

Most lessons are 55 minutes. We recommend one lesson per week, but if you prefer longer, shorter or more frequent lessons, just ask--we'd be happy to accommodate you! You can contact us by email or phone so that we can discuss your specific needs and schedule.

Registration

You may register and pay in advance online via credit card (Paypal), or by cash or check at the first lesson. Please let us know your preferred method of payment when you make your first appointment. Click here to register for private lessons.

Cancellations

We ask for 24 hour notice for cancellations. If a lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, we prefer that you pay for that lesson.

Instructors and Performers for Your Event

We are available to teach and perform outside of the studio. Rates vary depending on what type of services are required. Contact us for a quote.

Classes

At this time, we are only offering private and semi-private lessons. (See above for info.)

If you would prefer to take dance lessons in a group setting, we may be able to create a new semi-private group around what you would like to learn or include you in an already established group. Please contact us for further information.
